Your people are already using AI, with or without a policy, with or without training. The question is not whether to allow it. It is whether they can tell what it’s reliable for, what it isn’t, and what must stay a human decision.
The typical AI training answers that with tool features. Features change monthly; the foundations don’t. These workshops teach your people how to think about AI: what it can be trusted with, how to give it what it needs to be useful, how to get reliable output through structured context rather than trial-and-error prompting, and where a human has to stay accountable. That judgement outlasts every tool your organisation will adopt.
EU AI Act Article 4 requires a sufficient level of AI literacy among staff who use AI systems. It has applied since February 2025, national supervision began in August 2026, and it carries no direct fines, which we tell you up front because trust is worth more to us than urgency.
The cheapest compliant answer is a video and a certificate. It satisfies an auditor and changes nothing: you’ll pay for it again the first time someone pastes something they shouldn’t into a chat window. The curriculum below maps to Article 4, but it is built to change behaviour, because the obligation is an opportunity to do what you’d want to do anyway: make risk drop because judgement improved.
Shared language for AI across the organisation, so “can we use AI for this?” gets a considered answer instead of a shrug or a ban. People who can produce reliable output and know when not to trust it. And an answer to the compliance question that is true.
