What each brings to your engagement
Kendall supplies the framework: start with a worthwhile problem, identify the knowledge the work needs, and give people responsibility for maintaining that knowledge. Leadership alignment and workforce literacy provide a shared basis for those decisions.
NKD Agility adds empirical diagnosis and engineering: we investigate the problem with the people affected, test whether missing or unreliable context is a constraint, and compare AI with other changes. When agent systems are justified, our technical support addresses permissions, verification, recovery and human responsibility.
Our engineering methods and operating practices are NKD Agility’s contribution. Official partner status does not imply Kendall endorses that separate work. The Kendall Framework and its associated marks remain The Kendall Project’s.
Where should you start?
For people building confidence in everyday use, start with AI literacy. It serves the whole workforce and does not require an engineering background.
If you are responsible for organisational purpose, priorities and boundaries, consider leadership alignment. If a specific problem already needs investigation, go directly to Discovery. Experienced teams can also discuss engineering support without first completing a course sequence.
If you are seeing unreliable AI work, or cannot yet see how people are using it, begin with that situation. You do not need a mature set of measures to ask for help.
Who delivers the work and owns the decisions?
We agree the scope, delivery responsibilities, participants and price before an engagement starts. Our training and service pages describe the support you can discuss with NKD Agility. A framework licence, additional certification or work delivered separately by Kendall must be explicitly included in the agreement; partner status alone does not include them.
Your organisation chooses the problems worth pursuing and owns its strategic decisions. We help establish the evidence and options. For operational AI use, agree who maintains the supporting information, checks outcomes and decides when to change or stop the approach.
How do we judge whether it helped?
Training participation and tool usage are starting observations. To assess value, examine the work people and customers rely on: its correctness, elapsed time, checking and correction effort, cost and consequences.
Discovery explains how to begin with incomplete evidence and define a next test. It also distinguishes that investigation from a later review owned by your organisation. No framework or course can guarantee a useful result in every setting.
