The Executive AI Alignment Workshop is for organisational leadership across functions. It uses your organisation’s challenges to build shared language, explore opportunities and agree priorities for further investigation. The purpose is to make the next decision clearer, including where the evidence is still missing.

Come with a problem to examine

Bring an organisational challenge and what you already know about its impact, ownership and constraints. We agree the preparation when we scope the session. An opportunity identified in a workshop still needs evidence before it becomes an investment case.

You can arrive with gaps in that evidence. If your immediate need is to investigate one known problem, Discovery provides that route directly. If people across the organisation need practical grounding in everyday use, choose workforce AI literacy. These are choices according to need, not a compulsory sequence.

Executive AI Alignment supports leaders making decisions across the organisation. The Scrum Master and Product Owner courses below apply AI within those practitioners’ responsibilities. They are separate courses with their own curricula; the executive workshop is not an engineering course.
