What to include: the work you want to improve, who is affected and what you have observed so far. Unreliable proposals, unclear information boundaries, a delivery problem or a leadership decision are all starting points. You do not need an established baseline or a coordinated rollout. Please describe the situation without including confidential records or personal information about others.
How engagements work, so there are no surprises: training and workshops are fixed-price and agreed before work starts. Discovery is priced per problem investigated. Ongoing support is a capacity retainer, not billed hours. Expenses are actuals only, with no markup. And if an engagement fails to meet the agreed standard, we refund your fee.
